Southwest CDC is looking for people for the following positions:

Housing Counselor – Housing Counselors help people improve their credit score, buy a home, and stay out of foreclosure.  Qualifications include knowledge of mortgage and loan documents.  Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be organized, be able to work independently.  Email resume to donna@southwestcdc.org.  Please do not call regarding this position.
Group Supervisor at the After School Program – The Group supervisor will work with the program leadership and help supervise 6 Group Leaders at the after school and summer camp programs. Group Leaders manage 10-12 students (Kindergarten to 5th grade) The group Supervisor will work an average of 30 hours per week during the school year and full time during the 6 weeks at the summer camp. Education Coach – Education Coaches work with students (Kindergarten to 5th grade) who are behind in their math and literacy skills at the after school and summer camp programs.  Coaches work an average of 15 hours per week during the school year and full time for 6 weeks at the summer camp. Email resume to shaketia@southwestcdc.org.  Please do not call regarding this position.
French-Speaking Census Outreach Worker – The outreach worker will earn $15/hour and work 200 hours (average 10 hours per week for 20 weeks). They propose to reach out to people at community events.
